Tuna and cashew spread:

Waldorf tuna spread:

60ml (1/4 cup) diced Cortland apple (DL code: 336222)

1 unit chopped green onions (DL Code: 335687)

30ml (2 tablespoons) chopped pecans (DL Code: 171427)

15ml (1 tablespoon) chopped parsley (DL Code: 336116)

15ml (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice (DL code: 335492)

5ml (1 tablespoon) mustard powder (DL code: 459594)

60 (4 tablespoons) MAISON mayonnaise (DL code: 314060)

 

Serve with your choice of radish, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, sliced apple, Naan bread.

Salt and ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Wring excess water from the tuna.
  2. Prepare tuna spreads. For each spread, place ½ cup of tuna in a bowl. Repeat for each preparation (3 times). Set aside.

  3. Add the ingredients for each spread to the three bowls and mix well. Season each with a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Set aside.

  4. Serve with your choice of vegetables or Naans bread.
