Strawberry balsamic & basil, lemon yogurt

Ingredients

500ml (2 cups) Quebec strawberries

30ml (2 tablespoons) balsamic vinegar

15ml (1 tablespoon) fine sugar

5-6 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

250ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt

Zest of half a lemon

Waffle cone chips

Preparation

  1. Wash strawberries and cut into 2 or 4 depending on size. In a bowl, add strawberries, balsamic vinegar, sugar and fresh basil. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Place the yogurt on a plate and sprinkle the lemon zest over the top. Add strawberries and garnish with a few waffle cone chips.
