250ml (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese 17% (DL code: 302098)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 245°C (475°F).

  1. Thaw pizza dough to room temperature.

  2. Place thawed pizza dough on a clean surface lightly dusted with cornmeal. Using your hands or a rolling pin, roll out each pasta into two discs 25 cm (10 in.) long by 13-15 cm (5-6 in.) wide. Place on a sheet of parchment paper and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, combine mascarpone, sour cream, 35% whipping cream and Dijon mustard. Stir and set aside.

  4. Grate green cabbage into a second bowl. Mix with yellow mustard and set aside.

  5. Chop the onion and place in a frying pan. Add olive oil and caramelize over medium heat. Cook onions until caramelized, then set aside.
  6. Spread pizza dough with sauce. Top with minced beef, caramelized onions, and grated green cabbage and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place pizzas in the oven for about 8 to 9 minutes, or until dough is cooked.

Optional: Add a few dashes of sauce to the pizzas as they come out of the oven, if you have extra.
